GEARCASE INTERNAL GEARCASE SERVICE Place the bearing on the installer tool with the lettered side of the bearing facing the top of the gearcaseUse Needle Bearing grease to hold the bearing on the toolInsert the tool with the bearing into the gearcaseDrive the bearing into the gearcase until the washer on the tool contacts the spacerPlace new O-ring on the pinion bearing retaining screwApply Gasket Sealing Compound to O-ring and Nut Lock to screw threadsInstall the screw and tighten to torque of 48 to 80 inlbs(5.5 to 9.0 Nm)1Clutch dog spring COA3560
