GEARCASE REMOVAL Pull out the driveshaft
Propeller Shaft
Separate the following parts: Bearing housing Washer Propeller shaft assembly

Remove the pinion gear and pinion gear backup shim
1Bearing housing 2Washer 3Propeller shaft assembly

Remove the clutch dog
