MIDSECTION ASSEMBLY Install the steering adjuster rubber with the steering adjuster plateInstall the thrust block with the lower thrust mount and the tilt lock bolt

Install the swivel port bracketInstall the two swivel bracket bolts and tighten to torque of 6.0 ftlbs(8 Nm)
Install the tilt friction washer and the clamp bracket port side
