IGNITION AND ELECTRICAL COMPONENT SERVICING Remove the flywheel nut, starter pulley, flywheel, and key
Igniter Unit
Install the igniter unit with an air gap of 0.02 in(0.5 mm) between both core ends and the flywheelCheck the gaps as shown005955

Tighten igniter unit bolts to 7.0 ftlbs(10 Nm)Reconnect emergency stop switch lead wire1234Flywheel nut Starter pulley Flywheel Key 005959
