SAFETY After repair on any part of the fuel system, pressure test engine portion of fuel system as shown: When Storing:
Squeeze until bulb feels hard
Check for leaks under engine cover
If tank cap has an air vent valve, make sure it is closed
Whenever possible, remove' hose from outboard and from tankStore hose around ears of tankThis way, gasoline is trapped in tank and not in the hose, where it might leak onto the floor if the hose deteriorates
If gasoline tank is stored indoors, do not put it in room having an appliance with pilot light or where electrical appliances or switches (which may spark) will be used
