Timing Pulley Install lower guide, key, timing pulley, and upper guideIMPORTANT: Install timing pulley with PUNCH mark upward, and belt guides with flanges toward outside
Install crankcase (with bearing) on the cylinderApply engine oil lightly to crankcase screws and tighten to the specified torque in the sequence shown: mm: 120 in Ibs(14 N'm) mm: 216 inIbs(25 N'm)
