POWERHEAD CYLINDERCRANKCASEPISTON ASSEMBLY Remove six crankcase flange screws and four main bearing screwsRemove crankcase from cylinder blockRemove crankshaftRemove oil seals from crankshaft

1Crankshaft 2Crankshaft seals

Remove all connecting rod screws and caps
Push piston and connecting rod out through the top of cylinder bore
