Remove screw and throttle drum
WARNING
To prevent accidental starting of engine while servicing, twist and remove spark plug leadsDisconnect the battery cables at the batteryDrain engine oilRefer to Engine Oil on p52Remove side coversRefer to SIDE COVER on p.1 80Remove the manual starterRefer to Starter REMOVAL on p219Disconnect water hose from thermostat cover and oil panDisconnect breather hose from cylinder head cover and air silencer
