POWERHEAD TEST PROCEDURES
Oil Pressure Test
Check the engine oil levelRemove COl stopper plate by sliding it upwardRemove COl unit from electrical parts holderRemove the two screws securing ignition coil
Install Oil Pressure Test Adapter, PIN 350930, and Pressure Gauge, PIN 5000902, into oil pressure switch hole
Place COl unit in position and install ignition coilConnect an engine tachometer1Stopper plate 2COl unit 3Ignition coil screws
Start and run outboard until it achieves operating temperatureAfter warm up, shift into forward gear and increase speed to 3000 RPMPressure should read 28 to 71 psi (200 to 500 kPa) at 3000 RPM
