IGNITION SYSTEM COMPONENT SERVICING Installation is reverse order of removal with special attention to the following steps:
Flywheel
Clean flywheell and crankshaft mating surfaces with cleaning solventUse Flywheel Holder, PIN 5034227, and Screws, PIN 5034235 to hold the flywheelTighten nut to 58 ftIbs(78.4 Nm)
Charge Coil and Pulser Coil
Secure coil lead wire with cable ties, then check that wire is routed properly, away from hot or rotating partsInstall stator baseApply Nut Lock to threads and tighten screws as follows: mm: 16.5 ftIbs(23 N'm) mm: 84 inIbs(10 N'm)
