POWERHEAD CYLINDER HEAD Install four (4) dowel pins in the rocker arm shaft bracketsInstall the rocker arm shaft brackets and the boltsTighten the bolts to torque of 14 ft.lbs(19 Nm)

IMPORTANT: The intake rocker arm shaft differs from the exhaust rocker arm shaft as shownDuring assembly, make sure that each shaft is being installed in the correct location and direction

Fill the intake and exhaust ports with solvent to check for leaks between the valve seats and the valve faceIf leak occurs, inspect the valve seat and the valve face for burrs or other deposits that could prevent the valve from sealing
