POWERHEAD CYLINDER HEAD Apply engine oil to the cylinder head bolts and place them in the bolt holesThen tighten the bolts in the following manner: STEPTighten the bolts to the initial torque according to the tightening sequenceThen completely loosen the bolts in reverse order STEPTighten the bolts again to the initial torque according to the tightening sequence STEPFinally, tighten the bolts to the final torque according to the tightening sequenceCylinder Head Bolt Torques Final Bolt size Initial 18 ftIbs9 ftIbs8mm (25 Nm) (12 Nm) 45 ftIbs22 ftIbs10 mm (30 Nm) (61 Nm)
