Inspection
Inspect the timing chainthe tensioner, the guide, and the sprockets for wear and damageInspect the plunger and the latch of the tensioner adjuster for smooth operationCheck the oil passage with syringe filler with isopropyl alcohol
Installation
Align the crankshaft timing mark with the crankcase timing mark by turning crankshaftInstall the dowel pin into the camshaftMake sure that the dowel pin is at the top
