ELECTRICAL STARTER MOTOR Remove the starter motor sub cable Remove two (2) bolts and the starter motor band
Disassembly
WARNING

When removing or installing any type of retaining rings, wear eye protection to avoid personal injury
Push down on the pinion stopUse screwdriver to pry off the stop ringRemove the pinion stop, the spring, and the pinion from the armature shaft
