Check if there is "click" sound at the starter motor relay when turning the ignition switch to STARTIs there "click" sound?
Measure the voltage at the starter motor relay terminal "A"Is the result above 12V?

Measure the voltage at the starter motor relay terminal "B" while turning the ignition switch to STARTIs the result above 12V? .YES Measure the voltage at starter motor terminal "C" while turning the ignition switch to STARTIs the result above 12V? .YES NO
