Checking the Cylinder Temperature Sensor Resistance
Remove the cylinder temperature sensor

Removal
Disconnect the battery cables at the batteryRemove three (3) bolts and the flywheel cover1Cylinder temperature sensor
Connect an ohmmeter between the sensor lead wiresImmerse the sensor's tip in container of water and gradually heat the water while monitoring the changes in sensor resistanceIf the measurements are out of specification, replace the cylinder temperature sensor1Bolts (3) 2Flywheel cover
