Inspect the carburetor bodies, linkages, fuel inlet, and air silencer pipe for cracks and other damageReplace any damaged components The air silencer pipe minimizes audible noise related to air flow into the engineIt also collects any fluid residue that migrates from the leaf plate or the throttle body areaPeriodically clean the air silencer pipe to remove any accumulations&
WARNING
Keep battery connections clean, tight, and insulated to prevent shorting or arcing, which can cause an explosionIf the battery mounting system does not cover the connections, install coversInstall the batteryConnect the battery cables to the batteryAlways connect the positive (+) battery cable firstTighten all connections securelyCoat all connections with Triple-Guard grease and insulate the electrical connections to prevent shorts or spark arcing
