Tilt Adjustment
Pull tilt knob out and tilt outboard all the way upPush knob back in and let outboard down to make contact with tilt pin4
Water deflector Driveshaft tube Water tube Grommet
Install the shift handle and shift rod Install steering bracket and steering handleApply Nut Lock to screw threads and tighten securelyInstall exhaust housing on the swivel bracket with the swivel bracket clampApply Gasket Sealing Compound to threads of retaining screwsInstall the screws and tighten to torque of 60 to 84 in Ibs(7 to Nm)
