INSTALLATION
Apply Moly Lube to the square end of crankshaftApply Gasket Sealing Compound on both sides of new powerhead gasketPlace the gasket on the exhaust housing and set the powerhead in placeCrankcase Head and Seal Configuration
IMPORTANT: Install cylinder head screws dryDO NOT use sealant on threadsApply Gasket Sealing Compound to both sides of new cylinder head gasketInstall cylinder head and torque screws to 60 to 84 inIbs(7 to Nm)
Apply Gasket Sealing Compound to the powerhead retaining screwsInstall the screws and torque to 60 to 84 inIbs(7 to Nm)
