IGNITION CHARGE COILSENSOR COIL
CHARGE COIL SENSOR COIL
Removal
Remove flywheel as described in FLYWHEEL SERVICING on p61Disconnect charge coil brownyellow and brown wire connectors, and sensor blue wire connectorRemove sensor and charge coil mounting screwsNote position of sensor coil ground lead
Install locating ringAlign the "S" mark next to sensor coil and "G" mark next to charge coil
Locating ring "S"mark "C" mark
Apply Nut Lock to sensor coil and charge coil screwsPush charge coil against locating ring tool and tighten screws to torque of 19 to 25 inIbs(2.2 to 2.8 Nm)
