MANUAL STARTER INSTALLATION Install the reel on the recoil case Apply Triple-Guard grease to center hub Align groove in reel with bent end of springAfter assembly, guide rope into notch in the reel and rotate the reel approximately turns counterclockwise until the spring is tensioned

Apply Nut Lock to threads of friction plate screwInstall friction plate with friction spring and secure with screw
