GEARCASE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
Installation
Install gasket and two dowel pins
Apply Gasket Sealing Compound to the threads of the gearcase retaining screwsInstall screws and tighten to torque of 198 in Ibs(23 Nm)1
12Gasket Dowel pins
Coat the driveshaft splines with Moly LubeDO NOT coat top surface of the driveshaft as lubricant may prevent seating of the driveshaft in the crankshaft
Clutch Adjustment
Install hose on the clutch rodDriveshaft splines
Connect clutch rod and shift rod
