POWERHEAD CYLINDERCRANKCASEPISTON ASSEMBLY Apply engine oil to crank journal, crankpin, and connecting rod Be sure to fit oil seal tabs in grooves of cylinderTighten screws to 102 inIbs(12 Nm)

Apply oil here Seal tab groove

Crankcase
Clean mating surfaces of cylinder and crankcase Apply ThreeBond 1207B sealant to the oil seal fitting surface and the mating surface of the crankcaseDo not allow sealant into the groove for the oil seal tab
