GEARCASE REASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION WATER PUMP Install: Pin Gasket Under panel Key Water pump impeller Water pump case Bolt (Qty4) Water pump case bolt: Nm (0.8 kg-m, 6.0 Ib-ft)
NOTE: With impeller placed on key, install the pump case while rotating driveshaft clockwise to flex the impeller vanes correctly
LEAKAGE CHECK To check for leakage in oil seals or o-rings, use pressure testerRotate the drive and propeller shaft and apply specified pressure through the oil level holeIf pressure does not fall then seals are properly sealing
