TRIM AND TILT HYDRAULIC SERVICING Run the motor, then recheck oil levelCycle the unit several times and check the oil level when the cylinder is fully extendedOil should be level with bottom of fill portInstall and tighten the fill plug to torque of 45 to 55 inIbs(5 to Nm)Install the ground leadPosition the hydraulic unit between the stern bracketsLubricate the angle adjustment rod with TripleGuard greaseInstall the rodTighten the locknuts to 20 to 25 ftIbs(27 to 34 Nm)Connect the pump motor wiresLubricate the cylinder pin with Triple-Guard greaseAlign the cylinder into the swivel bracketInstall the cylinder pinSecure the cylinder pin with cotter clip
