GEARCASE WATER PUMP Lightly coat the exterior of the impeller cup with Gasket Sealing CompoundInstall the cup in the impeller housingThe cup locks in place in the housing with square index tabApply thin bead of Adhesive sealant to groove of the impeller housing grommetPlace the grommet in position on the impeller housing

Lightly coat the liner with Triple-Guard greaseWith counterclockwise rotation, install the impeller into the liner with slot for impeller cam facing outRun thin bead of Adhesive sealant in the seal groove, and install the special shaped O-ring seal
Installation
Apply Gasket Sealing Compound to both sides of new impeller plate gasketInstall the gasket and impeller platePlace the impeller O-ring onto the driveshaft and slide down to the impeller plate
