Remove powerheadREMOVAL on p186Refer to Powerhead Remove gearcaseRefer to Gearcase REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION on p236Remove the three lower mount cover screwsLower side mounts
Remove the three upper mount to inner exhaust housing screws
Separate lower mount covers from swivel bracketCheck condition of the lower front mount and two lower side mountsLift the exhaust housing assembly from the swivel bracket
