POWERHEAD INSTALLATION Install intake manifold assembly with its gasket dry; use no sealerTorque screws to 60 to 84 inIbs(7 to 9.5 Nm)Refer to Intake Manifold Installation on p168 for installation procedures
INSTALLATION
Position new powerhead gasketDo not use sealer on the gasketCoat driveshaft splines with Moly LubeDo not coat top surface of driveshaft as lubricant here may prevent seating of driveshaft in crankshaft
Install starboard lower engine cover mount bracket and tighten screws to 60 to 84 inIbs(7 to Nm)Install the entire fuel systemRefer to FUEL SySTEM sectionInstall the entire ignition systemRefer to IGNITION sectionInstall the entire electrical systemRefer to ELECTRICAL section
