FUEL SYSTEM PRIMER PUMP syringe to observe flow of alcoholSqueeze the syringe lightly to force alcohol through the hose
Assembly
Position the spring and washer on plunger shaft

Install new O-ring and quad ring onto plunger shaftInstall new O-ring onto the end cap outside diameter, and new O-ring into the end of the end capPosition the end cap on the plunger shaft
Visually check for flow of alcohol into the housingNo steady flow indicates the check valve is blocking the flow and functioning correctly(It is permissible for few drops to be present If steady stream of alcohol flows through the small nipple, the check valve is inoperative and the primer pump housing must be replacedInstall hose between the large nipple of the primer pump housing and the syringePlug the open end of the plunger housing with your finger without blocking the small nippleSqueeze the syringe to fill the plunger housingAlcohol should flow freely out of the small nipple, indicating no obstructions1Plunger O-ring 2Quadring 3End cap outer O-ring
