FUEL SYSTEM OMS PUMP Remove the stem from either diaphragmSet the air motor diaphragm asideDiscard the stem and steel washers Set the nylon valve retainer, flapper valve, fuel diaphragm, and stem screw aside
Assembly
IMPORTANT: When assembling the fuel and air
motor diaphragms, always install new washers and stem in addition to the other new parts requiredLightly tighten stem with fingers only, never with pliersInsert stem screw into fuel diaphragm from the hexagonal side
