Cut new rope 59 in(150 cm) longFuse 12 in(12 mm) of both endsRoute rope through housing into pulleyTie knot in rope end and install in pulley channelInsert rope into handle, tie knot at end of rope, install handle capHold rope taut and pull stop tool outAllow rope to slowly wind into starter
