MIDSECTION STEERING HANDLETILLER MODELS ALL MODELS Install the throttle control plate on outer handle
Lubricate end of the pin, guides, rollers, helix grooves, and inner handle guide slot with Moly LubePlace the guides over the roller pin and into the slots of the inner handlePlace the rollers on the ends of the roller pinAssemble helix halves on the handle and slide the grip over the helix

Place the throttle end cap into inner handleThe tab on the cap goes into the recess of the inner handleBe sure the twist-grip's speed indicator line is positioned with the speed range symbol on the handleSnap the grip into placeTurn the idle speed adjustment knob counterclockwise to the minimum slow speed position
