MIDSECTION STEERING HANDLETILLER MODELS

Remove throttle cable from the steering handle
IMPORTANT: DO NOT remove the inner handle
except to replace itUsing punch and mallet, drive the steel pin that retains the inner handle from the steering handle
Remove stop switch assembly with throttle cable from cover
Remove the plastic inner handle from the metal outer handle by driving the outer handle off with mallet and punchInner handle is bonded to the outer handleAfter removing, chip away remnants of inner handle
