guiding the water tube into the water pump grommetRefer to Gearcase REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION on p260Install new powerhead to exhaust housing gasketInstall dry; use no sealerInstall both grommets and water tubes in inner exhaust tubeCenter water tube in grommetsDo not allow water tubes to touch inner exhaust tubePosition inner exhaust tube on powerheadTighten the screws and torque 60 to 84 inIbs(7 to Nm)
