screws, tighten the remaining eight screws and torque 60 to 84 inIbs(7 to Nm)Place the thermostat and the seal in the cavity provided in the cylinder headSet the spring on top of the thermostat
Tighten the three lower crankcase head screws and torque 60 to 84 inIbs(7 to Nm) Apply Gasket Sealing Compound to outside metal casing of new upper main bearing sealUsing Seal Installer, PIN 321539, install the seal with its lip facing downLightly coat both sides of new cylinder head gasket with Gasket Sealing CompoundInstall the gasket and cylinder headTighten the screws in the sequence shown and torque 216 to 240 inIbs(24 to 27 Nm)
