POWERHEAD ASSEMBLY2530 Install piston rings on each pistonTapered ring must be installed in top grooveSpread each ring with ring expander just enough to slip it over the head of the piston and down into placeClean the seal bore of the crankcase head and install new seal using Seal Installer, PIN 333520Apply Gasket Sealing Compound to the metal casing of the seal and press the seal into the crankcase head until the tool is seatedThe sharp edge of the seal's metal case must face the tool during installationLightly coat the seal lips with Triple-Guard greaseInstall new crankshaft sleeveOil the end of the crankshaftPlace the sleeve in Crankshaft BearingSleeve Installer, PIN 339749, and drive the sleeve onto the crankshaft until the installer contacts the lower main bearing If the installer sticks on the sleeve after installation, thread Slide Hammer, PIN 391008, onto installer and pull off
