Position leaf plate assembly and new gaskets on powerheadInstall gaskets dryUse no sealerInstall intake manifold using six retaining screwsTorque screws 60 to 80 inIbs(7 to Nm)
IMPORTANT: Install all intake manifold gaskets dryDo not use sealerInstall the intake manifold using new gasket between manifold and leaf plateInstall throttle rod in pivot pin on throttle leverAlign the gasket with the manifold and install manifold screwsTighten screws evenly and securelyInstall wire retainer in throttle rod
