FUEL SYSTEM INTAKE MANIFOLD
Assembly
9.915 MODELS
IMPORTANT: All intake manifold components
must be perfectly clean before assemblyDo not use strong carburetor cleaner or hot soaking tankPlace leaf valves on leaf plateIf new valves do not seat on the leaf plate, turn the leaf valves over
Apply Locquic Primer to mounting screws and allow to air dryApply Screw Lock to mounting screwsWipe off excess adhesive
Assemble leaf valve shim (if required) and leaf stopInstall screws finger tight12321

Center the leaf valves on the plate using index marks
