Install the inlet valve assembly and new nozzle well gasketInstall the hinge pin and floatInstall the intermediate air bleed orifice, the highspeed orifice, gasket and manual primer fuel nippleInstall slow-speed needle and springTurn carefully until it lightly contacts seatBack needle out 12 turns for initial settingInstall the carburetor body cover and gasketTighten the screws in an "X" pattern to torque of 15 to 22 inIbs(1.6 to 2.4 Nm)
Use notch that is indicated "25 thru 75 HP Be certain gauge is not holding down the float
