ELECTRICAL ELECTRIC STARTER TESTS TILLER ELECTRIC MODELS -

IMPORTANT: Engine must be in NEUTRAL
throughout test procedure and battery must be fully chargedSTEP Connect the voltmeter between cable at starter terminal and groundPress start buttonCheck voltage to cable at starter terminal If voltmeter shows 12 V, test starter If voltmeter shows V, go to STEP 2
