Throttle Control Rod
IMPORTANT: Offset on pivot block must face toward the control rod collarWhile rotating the propeller shaft, move the shift lever to FORWARD
Loosen the control rod collar screwAdvance the throttle lever until it contacts the stop on the cylinder blockMove the throttle control rod forward until the carburetor throttle plate is horizontalAmplifier
Advance the throttle until the tip of the amplifier begins to moveAt this point, the cam follower roller should contact the cam between the indicator marks
