IMPORTANT: Synchronization and linkage procedures MUST be followed in sequence and be performed exactly as described to ensure consistent engine idling and smooth operation throughout the RPM rangeIMPORTANT: If equipped, remove both remote control cables from the outboard before performing these adjustments
Turn the connector clockwise until it seatsTurn counterclockwise no more than one-half turn to align it with the throttle leverInstall the retaining pin
