GEARCASE EXTENSION SERVICE
Assembly
Place bushing inside one of the spacers
Use suitable tool to press the spacer and bushing assembly into the extension until it seats
Place the other spacer on top of the bushing
Installation
Apply Permatex No2 to both ends of the driveshaft extension tubeInstall the tube into the recess inside the exhaust housing
Place the extension in press with the top side facing upCoat the outside of the assembly with Gasket Sealing CompoundCoat the inside of the bushing with Triple-Guard greasePlace the assembly into the recess inside the extension
