GEARCASE DISASSEMBLY8 Using Gearcase Bearing Housing Puller PIN 386631, and propeller nut, remove the propeller shaft bearing housingRemove pivot pin from gearcaseDiscard the O-ring
Remove the propeller shaft, with thrust washers, and reverse gear components If forward thrust washer is not on shaft, check for it in relief area on forward gear in gearcase
Unthread the shift rod and remove it from the gearcase
