Install oil pickup tube and filter on relief valve housing and secure with clampgasket and exhaust tube and torque screws to 15 to 17 ftIbs(20 to 23 Nm)
1Exhaust tube screws

Apply Gasket Sealing Compound to new sump to powerhead gasket and to powerhead stud threadsInstall gasket and sump and torque nuts, with lock washers, in stages in sequence as shown to 84 to 106 in Ibs(10 to 12 Nm)
