Assemble gerotor components, matching marksLubricate O-rings with oil and install
Install water tube with grommet in oil sumpApply Ultra Lock to flange screw and torque to 36 to 60 inIbs(4 to Nm)Install bushing on water tube1Alignment marks
Apply Nut Lock to screws and assemble pump and coverTighten screws securely
