POWERHEAD DISASSEMBLYHP Remove vernatherm, small spring, and housingPlace tool on crankshaft taper aligned with keyway and secure in place with the flywheel nutUse crowfoot wrench and remove nut from crankshaft threads
Remove seven screws retaining the intake manifoldRemove manifold and discard gasket

Remove key and nutRemove lock plate and belt guide
