POWERHEAD DISASSEMBLYHP Remove the screw and lock washer retaining reed and reed stop to breather plateRemove reed, stop, and plateRemove four screws retaining cylinder head to cylinder blockTap on the head with plastic or leather malletRemove head and discard gasket

Remove O-ring seal and mesh breatherDiscard seal and replace breather, if necessary
