CARBURETOR
Needle Valves Inspect the tapered end of the needle valve for nicks, scratches, grooves, or signs of distortion If leak occurs, blow dry and apply drop of Ultra Lock at point shownLeak point and Ultra Lock application point

Carburetor Body Check all drillings and passages with syringe filled with isopropyl alcohol
Assembly

When installing new parts from carburetor rebuild kit, inspect gaskets and compare to original gaskets to ensure all holes are correctly punchedAlso, inspect new gaskets for any loose fibers or particles of gasket material
