CARBURETOR
Use box end of Carburetor Flange Nut Removal Tool, PIN 342211Remove the inlet valve and gasketRemove the high speed orifice, using Orifice Plug Screwdriver, PIN 317002Remove the idle adjustment screw and spring from the carburetor bodyRemove the air ventRemove the accelerator pump cover from the float chamberRemove the spring, diaphragm, and pump rod plungerDo not attempt to remove the brass check valves from the float chamber
Remove carburetor flange nuts and remove carburetor, gaskets, and insulator
Flange nuts
Disconnect carburetor throttle and choke linkage
Idle mixture needle and spring Accelerator rod, retainer, and end cap Hinge pin, float, and float valve Inlet valve and gasket High speed orifice Idle adjustment screw and spring 7Air vent
